All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of payment.

I ship all items by Royal Mail UK. I get my shipping costs from the Royal Mail website. If you believe that my shipping cost to your part of the world is wrong, I can check at the post office and change it accordingly on your invoice.

Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in the world.

Standard delivery does not include tracking, please upgrade your shipping at the checkout if you require it.

Refunds are not available on custom or made to order items.

Refunds are available if your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit then please contact me and I will either refund or exchange the item for you.

If you are returning an item, I ask that it is returned in the state it arrived with you. Please make sure any return is free from damage, smoke, make-up etc.

If your item arrives damaged, please send me a picture of how it arrived. I can send replacements when I receive and review the pictures.

Items to be returned are done so at the buyers expense and please obtain proof of postage or use a tracked delivery service.

All returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of the returned items being received.
